Precedent No. 02/2016 on a murder case was adopted and published by the Supreme People’s Court on April 6, 2016, under Decision No. 220.

Precedent 02/2016/AL is the second published precedent in the civil field of the Supreme People’s Court in Vietnam, approved by the Council of Judges of the Supreme People’s Court, and issued by the Chief Justice of the Supreme People’s Court Truong Hoa Binh, effective for courts at all levels nationwide to study and apply from June 1, 2016.
