GCaaS l\u00e0 g\u00ec \u2013 v\u00e0 kh\u00e1c g\u00ec so v\u1edbi \u201cth\u1ec9nh tho\u1ea3ng nh\u1edd b\u1ea1n lu\u1eadt s\u01b0\u201d?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tr\u00ean th\u1ebf gi\u1edbi, m\u00f4 h\u00ecnh <strong>General Counsel as a Service (GCaaS)<\/strong> kh\u00f4ng c\u00f2n m\u1edbi: thay v\u00ec tuy\u1ec3n full\u2011time in\u2011house counsel, doanh nghi\u1ec7p thu\u00ea m\u1ed9t \u0111\u1ed9i ng\u0169 lu\u1eadt s\u01b0 \u0111\u00f3ng vai tr\u00f2 <strong>\u201clu\u1eadt s\u01b0 n\u1ed9i b\u1ed9 b\u00ean ngo\u00e0i\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0110i\u1ec3m kh\u00e1c bi\u1ec7t l\u1edbn nh\u1ea5t so v\u1edbi ki\u1ec3u \u201cth\u1ec9nh tho\u1ea3ng nh\u1edd b\u1ea1n lu\u1eadt s\u01b0 xem h\u1ed9 h\u1ee3p \u0111\u1ed3ng\u201d:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>GCaaS <strong>hi\u1ec3u business v\u00e0 \u0111i \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng d\u00e0i v\u1edbi doanh nghi\u1ec7p<\/strong>, kh\u00f4ng ch\u1ec9 tr\u1ea3 l\u1eddi t\u1eebng c\u00e2u h\u1ecfi l\u1ebb.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u00e0 m\u1ed9t <strong>k\u00eanh ph\u1ea3n h\u1ed3i c\u00f3 SLA r\u00f5 r\u00e0ng<\/strong>: ph\u1ea3n h\u1ed3i trong 4\u20138 gi\u1edd l\u00e0m vi\u1ec7c qua email\/Zalo cho c\u00e1c c\u00e2u h\u1ecfi ph\u00e1p l\u00fd theo ng\u00e0y \u2013 kh\u00f4ng ph\u1ea3i ch\u1edd \u201cr\u1ea3nh anh xem cho\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>C\u00f3 <strong>m\u1ee5c ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n h\u00f3a d\u1ea7n h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng gi\u1ea5y t\u1edd<\/strong>: h\u1ee3p \u0111\u1ed3ng, quy ch\u1ebf, quy tr\u00ecnh\u2026 \u0111\u1ec3 doanh nghi\u1ec7p c\u00e0ng ng\u00e0y c\u00e0ng \u00edt \u201cch\u00e1y nh\u00e0 m\u1edbi g\u1ecdi c\u1ee9u h\u1ecfa\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">G\u00f3i GCaaS c\u1ee7a DNP \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c thi\u1ebft k\u1ebf \u0111\u00fang cho giai \u0111o\u1ea1n \u0111\u00f3: SME \u0111\u00e3 c\u00f3 vi\u1ec7c ph\u00e1p l\u00fd \u0111\u1ec1u \u0111\u1eb7n, nh\u01b0ng c\u1ea7n m\u1ed9t gi\u1ea3i ph\u00e1p thu\u00ea bao d\u1ef1 \u0111o\u00e1n \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c chi ph\u00ed v\u00e0 c\u00f3 ng\u01b0\u1eddi \u201cg\u00e1nh c\u00f9ng\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-3-ba-d\u1ea5u-hi\u1ec7u-sme-nen-can-nh\u1eafc-gcaas\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Ba d\u1ea5u hi\u1ec7u SME n\u00ean c\u00e2n nh\u1eafc GCaaS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-1-h\u1ee3p-d\u1ed3ng-khong-con-la-file-m\u1ed9t-trang\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1.
