T\u1eeb Facebook, TikTok \u0111\u1ebfn c\u00e1c di\u1ec5n \u0111\u00e0n tr\u1ef1c tuy\u1ebfn, th\u00f4ng tin th\u1ea5t thi\u1ec7t c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 lan truy\u1ec1n nhanh ch\u00f3ng. \u0110i\u1ec1u n\u00e0y kh\u00f4ng ch\u1ec9 g\u00e2y \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng \u0111\u1ebfn c\u00e1 nh\u00e2n, doanh nghi\u1ec7p m\u00e0 c\u00f2n t\u00e1c \u0111\u1ed9ng ti\u00eau c\u1ef1c \u0111\u1ebfn an ninh, tr\u1eadt t\u1ef1 x\u00e3 h\u1ed9i. 1.  M\u1ee9c ph\u1ea1t khi \u0111\u0103ng tin sai s\u1ef1 th\u1eadt g\u00e2y h\u1eadu qu\u1ea3 nghi\u00eam tr\u1ecdng<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

– Bu\u1ed9c g\u1ee1 b\u1ecf n\u1ed9i dung vi ph\u1ea1m ngay l\u1eadp t\u1ee9c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Bu\u1ed9c c\u1ea3i ch\u00ednh th\u00f4ng tin, xin l\u1ed7i c\u00f4ng khai n\u1ebfu c\u00f3 y\u00eau c\u1ea7u.<\/p>\n\n\n

Ngo\u00e0i x\u1eed ph\u1ea1t h\u00e0nh ch\u00ednh, h\u00e0nh vi \u0111\u0103ng tin sai s\u1ef1 th\u1eadt c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 b\u1ecb truy c\u1ee9u tr\u00e1ch nhi\u1ec7m h\u00ecnh s\u1ef1 theo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– \u0110i\u1ec1u 156 B\u1ed9 lu\u1eadt H\u00ecnh s\u1ef1 2015 (s\u1eeda \u0111\u1ed5i 2017)<\/em> – T\u1ed9i vu kh\u1ed1ng.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– \u0110i\u1ec1u 288 B\u1ed9 lu\u1eadt H\u00ecnh s\u1ef1 2015 (s\u1eeda \u0111\u1ed5i 2017)<\/em> – T\u1ed9i \u0111\u01b0a ho\u1eb7c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng tr\u00e1i ph\u00e9p th\u00f4ng tin m\u1ea1ng m\u00e1y t\u00ednh, m\u1ea1ng vi\u1ec5n th\u00f4ng.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Quy tr\u00ecnh khi\u1ebfu n\u1ea1i khi b\u1ecb \u0111\u0103ng tin sai s\u1ef1 th\u1eadt<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Khi b\u1ecb \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng b\u1edfi n\u1ed9i dung th\u1ea5t thi\u1ec7t, doanh nghi\u1ec7p v\u00e0 c\u00e1 nh\u00e2n c\u00f3 quy\u1ec1n g\u1eedi y\u00eau c\u1ea7u g\u1ee1 b\u00e0i, y\u00eau c\u1ea7u xin l\u1ed7i, y\u00eau c\u1ea7u b\u1ed3i th\u01b0\u1eddng ho\u1eb7c khi\u1ebfu n\u1ea1i c\u01a1 quan ch\u1ee9c n\u0103ng. C\u00f4ng ty Lu\u1eadt DNP Vi\u1ec7t Nam khuy\u1ebfn ngh\u1ecb th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n theo quy tr\u00ecnh sau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.1. Thu th\u1eadp d\u1eef li\u1ec7u ch\u1ee9ng minh h\u00e0nh vi \u0111\u0103ng tin sai s\u1ef1 th\u1eadt<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

C\u00e1c ch\u1ee9ng c\u1ee9 c\u1ea7n chu\u1ea9n b\u1ecb:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– \u0110\u01b0\u1eddng link b\u00e0i \u0111\u0103ng.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– \u1ea2nh ch\u1ee5p m\u00e0n h\u00ecnh (c\u00f3 ng\u00e0y, gi\u1edd).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– N\u1ed9i dung b\u00ecnh lu\u1eadn, l\u01b0\u1ee3t chia s\u1ebb li\u00ean quan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Thi\u1ec7t h\u1ea1i ph\u00e1t sinh: t\u1ed5n th\u1ea5t uy t\u00edn, kh\u00e1ch h\u00e0ng, doanh thu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Ch\u1ee9ng c\u1ee9 c\u00e0ng \u0111\u1ea7y \u0111\u1ee7, vi\u1ec7c x\u1eed l\u00fd vi ph\u1ea1m c\u00e0ng nhanh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.2. G\u1eedi y\u00eau c\u1ea7u \u0111\u1ebfn ng\u01b0\u1eddi \u0111\u0103ng tin sai s\u1ef1 th\u1eadt<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Trong nhi\u1ec1u tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p, gi\u1ea3i quy\u1ebft h\u00f2a gi\u1ea3i l\u00e0 b\u01b0\u1edbc t\u1ed1i \u01b0u:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– G\u1eedi email ho\u1eb7c tin nh\u1eafn \u0111\u1ec1 ngh\u1ecb g\u1ee1 n\u1ed9i dung sai s\u1ef1 th\u1eadt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Y\u00eau c\u1ea7u ng\u01b0\u1eddi vi ph\u1ea1m \u0111\u00ednh ch\u00ednh v\u00e0 xin l\u1ed7i c\u00f4ng khai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
