Ngo\u00e0i kh\u00eda c\u1ea1nh thu\u1ebf, C\/O c\u00f2n t\u00e1c \u0111\u1ed9ng t\u1edbi cam k\u1ebft h\u1ee3p \u0111\u1ed3ng, th\u1ee7 t\u1ee5c h\u1ea3i quan, tr\u00e1ch nhi\u1ec7m ph\u00e1p l\u00fd v\u00e0 uy t\u00edn th\u01b0\u01a1ng hi\u1ec7u tr\u00ean th\u1ecb tr\u01b0\u1eddng xu\u1ea5t kh\u1ea9u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00e0i vi\u1ebft d\u01b0\u1edbi \u0111\u00e2y do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/DNPVietNamLawFirm\">DNP Viet Nam Law Firm<\/a> bi\u00ean so\u1ea1n nh\u1eb1m cung c\u1ea5p th\u00f4ng tin ph\u00e1p l\u00fd c\u1ea7n thi\u1ebft v\u1ec1 vai tr\u00f2 c\u1ee7a C\/O, \u0111\u1ed3ng th\u1eddi h\u01b0\u1edbng d\u1eabn quy tr\u00ecnh, r\u1ee7i ro th\u01b0\u1eddng g\u1eb7p v\u00e0 c\u00e1c bi\u1ec7n ph\u00e1p tu\u00e2n th\u1ee7 cho doanh nghi\u1ec7p.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-26eb47dcbd30b46499220ca3a8b33b2b\" id=\"h-1-d\u1ecbnh-nghia-va-phan-lo\u1ea1i-c-o\"><strong>1. \u0110\u1ecbnh ngh\u0129a v\u00e0 ph\u00e2n lo\u1ea1i C\/O<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>C\/O (Certificate of Origin): L\u00e0 m\u1ed9t lo\u1ea1i ch\u1ee9ng t\u1eeb do c\u01a1 quan, t\u1ed5 ch\u1ee9c c\u00f3 th\u1ea9m quy\u1ec1n c\u1ea5p, x\u00e1c nh\u1eadn xu\u1ea5t x\u1ee9 c\u1ee7a h\u00e0ng h\u00f3a.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ph\u00e2n lo\u1ea1i theo m\u1ee5c \u0111\u00edch:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em>C\/O \u01b0u \u0111\u00e3i (Preferential):<\/em><\/strong> L\u00e0 gi\u1ea5y ch\u1ee9ng nh\u1eadn xu\u1ea5t x\u1ee9 h\u00e0ng h\u00f3a xu\u1ea5t kh\u1ea9u t\u1eeb c\u00e1c qu\u1ed1c gia tham gia FTA ho\u1eb7c hi\u1ec7p \u0111\u1ecbnh \u01b0u \u0111\u00e3i thu\u1ebf quan. Lo\u1ea1i C\/O n\u00e0y \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c d\u00f9ng \u0111\u1ec3 h\u01b0\u1edfng thu\u1ebf nh\u1eadp kh\u1ea9u \u01b0u \u0111\u00e3i \u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>C\/O kh\u00f4ng \u01b0u \u0111\u00e3i (Non-preferential):<\/em><\/strong> L\u00e0 gi\u1ea5y ch\u1ee9ng nh\u1eadn xu\u1ea5t x\u1ee9 h\u00e0ng h\u00f3a kh\u00f4ng thu\u1ed9c c\u00e1c hi\u1ec7p \u0111\u1ecbnh th\u01b0\u01a1ng m\u1ea1i \u01b0u \u0111\u00e3i. H\u00e0ng h\u00f3a c\u00f3 C\/O n\u00e0y ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng thu\u1ebf su\u1ea5t MFN ho\u1eb7c thu\u1ebf th\u00f4ng th\u01b0\u1eddng. C\u00e1c vai tr\u00f2 thi\u1ebft y\u1ebfu c\u1ee7a C\/O trong xu\u1ea5t nh\u1eadp kh\u1ea9u<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>C\/O \u01b0u \u0111\u00e3i l\u00e0 \u0111i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n b\u1eaft bu\u1ed9c \u0111\u1ec3 h\u00e0ng h\u00f3a \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u00e1p m\u1ee9c thu\u1ebf \u01b0u \u0111\u00e3i \u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t trong hi\u1ec7p \u0111\u1ecbnh. N\u1ebfu kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 C\/O h\u1ee3p l\u1ec7 th\u00ec xem nh\u01b0 doanh nghi\u1ec7p m\u1ea5t \u01b0u \u0111\u00e3i, ph\u1ea3i ch\u1ecbu thu\u1ebf su\u1ea5t MFN ho\u1eb7c thu\u1ebf th\u01b0\u1eddng.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>C\/O h\u1ee3p l\u1ec7 gi\u00fap h\u1ea3i quan x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh \u0111\u00fang m\u00e3 HS, m\u1ee9c thu\u1ebf \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng; trong nhi\u1ec1u tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p t\u1ea1o \u0111i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n cho quy tr\u00ecnh th\u00f4ng quan nhanh h\u01a1n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>C\/O l\u00e0 b\u1eb1ng ch\u1ee9ng h\u1eefu hi\u1ec7u trong thanh to\u00e1n qu\u1ed1c t\u1ebf v\u00e0 h\u1ee3p \u0111\u1ed3ng th\u01b0\u01a1ng m\u1ea1i khi ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng, \u0111\u1ed1i t\u00e1c nh\u1eadp kh\u1ea9u th\u01b0\u1eddng y\u00eau c\u1ea7u C\/O l\u00e0m ch\u1ee9ng t\u1eeb k\u00e8m \u0111\u1ec3 th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n thanh to\u00e1n L\/C ho\u1eb7c gi\u1ea3i quy\u1ebft tranh ch\u1ea5p h\u1ee3p \u0111\u1ed3ng.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>C\/O gi\u00fap ch\u1ee9ng minh ngu\u1ed3n g\u1ed1c s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m v\u00e0 trong b\u1ed1i c\u1ea3nh c\u00e1c r\u00e0o c\u1ea3n k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt (nh\u01b0 quy \u0111\u1ecbnh v\u1ec1 xu\u1ea5t x\u1ee9, ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t nh\u1eadp kh\u1ea9u xanh), C\/O l\u00e0 t\u00e0i li\u1ec7u minh b\u1ea1ch h\u00f3a chu\u1ed7i cung \u1ee9ng.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Khi c\u01a1 quan ch\u1ee9c n\u0103ng ki\u1ec3m tra, C\/O h\u1ee3p l\u1ec7 v\u00e0 h\u1ed3 s\u01a1 k\u00e8m theo (h\u00f3a \u0111\u01a1n, ch\u1ee9ng t\u1eeb mua b\u00e1n nguy\u00ean li\u1ec7u, b\u1ea3n k\u00ea s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t) l\u00e0 c\u01a1 s\u1edf \u0111\u1ec3 x\u1eed l\u00fd h\u00e0nh vi khai sai xu\u1ea5t x\u1ee9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-70944dcbf4115c7eca7cbe10ef75d007\" id=\"h-3-m\u1ed9t-s\u1ed1-l\u01b0u-y-quan-tr\u1ecdng-v\u1ec1-c-o\"><strong>3.
