Sabeco tr\u1edf th\u00e0nh m\u1ee5c ti\u00eau h\u1ea5p d\u1eabn b\u1edfi m\u1ea1ng l\u01b0\u1edbi ph\u00e2n ph\u1ed1i r\u1ed9ng l\u1edbn (32.000 \u0111i\u1ec3m b\u00e1n), c\u00e1c th\u01b0\u01a1ng hi\u1ec7u n\u1ed5i ti\u1ebfng nh\u01b0 bia S\u00e0i G\u00f2n, 333 v\u00e0 qu\u1ef9 \u0111\u1ea5t gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb t\u1ea1i c\u00e1c v\u1ecb tr\u00ed \u0111\u1eafc \u0111\u1ecba \u1edf TP.HCM.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Thai Beverage Public Company Limited (ThaiBev):<\/em><\/strong> \u0110\u00e2y l\u00e0 c\u00f4ng ty \u0111\u1ed3 u\u1ed1ng h\u00e0ng \u0111\u1ea7u \u0110\u00f4ng Nam \u00c1 v\u00e0 l\u1edbn nh\u1ea5t Th\u00e1i Lan. ThaiBev, trong qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n chi\u1ebfn l\u01b0\u1ee3c m\u1edf r\u1ed9ng t\u1ea1i \u0110\u00f4ng Nam \u00c1, vi\u1ec7c th\u00e2u t\u00f3m Sabeco gi\u00fap ThaiBev ti\u1ebfp c\u1eadn th\u1ecb tr\u01b0\u1eddng bia l\u1edbn th\u1ee9 3 ASEAN, t\u1eadn d\u1ee5ng h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng ph\u00e2n ph\u1ed1i v\u00e0 qu\u1ef9 \u0111\u1ea5t c\u1ee7a Sabeco \u0111\u1ec3 ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n kinh doanh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-secondary-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-fd1c0bf5301c5a0af250324e6b8cc3ab\" id=\"h-3-2-cac-di\u1ec3m-chinh-c\u1ee7a-th\u01b0\u01a1ng-v\u1ee5\"><strong>3.2. C\u00e1c \u0111i\u1ec3m ch\u00ednh c\u1ee7a th\u01b0\u01a1ng v\u1ee5<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ng\u00e0y 18\/12\/2017 t\u1ea1i S\u1edf Giao d\u1ecbch Ch\u1ee9ng kho\u00e1n TP.HCM (HoSE), khi C\u00f4ng ty TNHH Vietnam Beverage (do ThaiBev gi\u00e1n ti\u1ebfp s\u1edf h\u1eefu) mua 343,6 tri\u1ec7u c\u1ed5 phi\u1ebfu Sabeco t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u1ee9ng 53,59% v\u1ed1n v\u1edbi gi\u00e1 320.000 VND\/c\u1ed5 phi\u1ebfu. T\u1ed5ng gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb giao d\u1ecbch \u0111\u1ea1t 4,8 t\u1ef7 USD. <strong>G<\/strong>i\u1edbi h\u1ea1n t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 s\u1edf h\u1eefu n\u01b0\u1edbc ngo\u00e0i l\u00e0 49% theo Lu\u1eadt Ch\u1ee9ng kho\u00e1n 2006 v\u00e0 Lu\u1eadt \u0110\u1ea7u t\u01b0 2014, <strong>ThaiBev kh\u00f4ng th\u1ec3 tr\u1ef1c ti\u1ebfp mua c\u1ed5 ph\u1ea7n Sabeco<\/strong>. Thay v\u00e0o \u0111\u00f3, ThaiBev s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng c\u1ea5u tr\u00fac ph\u00e1p l\u00fd ph\u00e2n t\u1ea7ng th\u00f4ng qua c\u00e1c c\u00f4ng ty con:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>ThaiBev<\/strong> \u2192 <strong>Int\u2019l Beverage Holdings (HK)<\/strong> \u2192 <strong>BeerCo (HK)<\/strong>: ThaiBev s\u1edf h\u1eefu ho\u00e0n to\u00e0n (100%) v\u00e0 c\u1ea3 ba c\u00f4ng ty n\u00e0y \u0111\u1ec1u n\u1eb1m ngo\u00e0i Vi\u1ec7t Nam (g\u1ecdi l\u00e0 khu v\u1ef1c Offshore). L\u1ee3i \u00edch gi\u00fap ThaiBev ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t c\u00e1c c\u00f4ng ty trung gian \u1edf n\u01b0\u1edbc ngo\u00e0i m\u1ed9t c\u00e1ch d\u1ec5 d\u00e0ng. Ngo\u00e0i ra, c\u1ea3 03 c\u00f4ng ty \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c xem l\u00e0 nh\u00e0 \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 n\u01b0\u1edbc ngo\u00e0i, v\u00ec ch\u00fang l\u00e0 c\u00e1c c\u00f4ng ty \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c th\u00e0nh l\u1eadp v\u00e0 ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng theo lu\u1eadt ph\u00e1p n\u01b0\u1edbc ngo\u00e0i\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>CSPL: <em>kho\u1ea3n 14 \u0110i\u1ec1u 3 Lu\u1eadt \u0110\u1ea7u t\u01b0 n\u0103m 2014<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>BeerCo (HK)<\/strong> \u2192 <strong>Vietnam F&amp;B Alliance Investment<\/strong>: BeerCo g\u00f3p 49% v\u1ed1n \u0111\u1ec3 th\u00e0nh l\u1eadp Vietnam F&amp;B Alliance Investment, m\u1ed9t c\u00f4ng ty t\u1ea1i Vi\u1ec7t Nam. V\u00ec c\u00f3 v\u1ed1n t\u1eeb n\u01b0\u1edbc ngo\u00e0i, Vietnam F&amp;B \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c xem l\u00e0 doanh nghi\u1ec7p c\u00f3 v\u1ed1n \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 n\u01b0\u1edbc ngo\u00e0i\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>CSPL: <em>kho\u1ea3n 17 Lu\u1eadt \u0110\u1ea7u t\u01b0 n\u0103m 2014<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Vietnam F&amp;B Alliance Investment<\/strong> \u2192 <strong>Vietnam Beverage<\/strong>: Vietnam F&amp;B s\u1edf h\u1eefu 100% Vietnam Beverage, m\u1ed9t c\u00f4ng ty \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c th\u00e0nh l\u1eadp t\u1ea1i Vi\u1ec7t Nam. V\u00ec v\u1eady, Vietnam Beverage \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c xem l\u00e0 c\u00f4ng ty Vi\u1ec7t Nam.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vietnam Beverage<\/strong> \u2192 <strong>Sabeco<\/strong>: Vietnam Beverage tr\u1ef1c ti\u1ebfp mua ~54% c\u1ed5 ph\u1ea7n Sabeco trong phi\u00ean \u0111\u1ea5u gi\u00e1 ng\u00e0y 18\/12\/2017. Nh\u1edd \u0111\u00f3, Vietnam Beverage tr\u1edf th\u00e0nh c\u1ed5 \u0111\u00f4ng l\u1edbn nh\u1ea5t, ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t Sabeco.
