Nh\u1eefng ch\u00ednh s\u00e1ch n\u00e0y bao g\u1ed3m c\u00e1c \u01b0u \u0111\u00e3i v\u1ec1 thu\u1ebf gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb gia t\u0103ng (VAT), thu\u1ebf thu nh\u1eadp doanh nghi\u1ec7p (TNDN) v\u00e0 c\u00e1c c\u01a1 ch\u1ebf ho\u00e0n thu\u1ebf nh\u1eb1m t\u1ea1o m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng kinh doanh c\u1ea1nh tranh v\u00e0 minh b\u1ea1ch. Quy \u0111\u1ecbnh v\u1ec1 thu\u1ebf gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb gia t\u0103ng (VAT):<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-secondary-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-156435e6a1a65cdcda8e155e23b26f2e\" id=\"h-2-1-thu\u1ebf-su\u1ea5t-vat-nbsp\"><strong>2.1 Thu\u1ebf su\u1ea5t VAT:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>M\u1ee9c thu\u1ebf su\u1ea5t VAT th\u00f4ng th\u01b0\u1eddng l\u00e0 <strong>10%<\/strong> \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi h\u1ea7u h\u1ebft h\u00e0ng h\u00f3a v\u00e0 d\u1ecbch v\u1ee5.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Theo <em>Ngh\u1ecb \u0111\u1ecbnh 180\/2024\/N\u0110-CP<\/em>, thu\u1ebf su\u1ea5t VAT gi\u1ea3m t\u1eeb <strong>10% xu\u1ed1ng 8%<\/strong> trong <strong>6 th\u00e1ng \u0111\u1ea7u n\u0103m 2025<\/strong> \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 h\u00e0ng h\u00f3a v\u00e0 d\u1ecbch v\u1ee5 c\u1ee5 th\u1ec3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-secondary-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-ed773e9ecbc3bb8d219f5c2f565833ad\" id=\"h-2-2-ke-khai-va-n\u1ed9p-thu\u1ebf-vat-nbsp\"><strong>2.2 K\u00ea khai v\u00e0 n\u1ed9p thu\u1ebf VAT:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Doanh nghi\u1ec7p FDI trong l\u0129nh v\u1ef1c c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 cao c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 k\u00ea khai v\u00e0 n\u1ed9p thu\u1ebf VAT theo <strong>th\u00e1ng ho\u1eb7c qu\u00fd<\/strong> t\u00f9y v\u00e0o quy m\u00f4 ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vi\u1ec7c n\u1ed9p thu\u1ebf \u0111\u00fang h\u1ea1n kh\u00f4ng ch\u1ec9 gi\u00fap doanh nghi\u1ec7p tr\u00e1nh c\u00e1c kho\u1ea3n ph\u1ea1t do ch\u1eadm tr\u1ec5 m\u00e0 c\u00f2n \u0111\u1ea3m b\u1ea3o tu\u00e2n th\u1ee7 \u0111\u1ea7y \u0111\u1ee7 c\u00e1c quy \u0111\u1ecbnh c\u1ee7a ph\u00e1p lu\u1eadt, t\u1ea1o \u0111i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n thu\u1eadn l\u1ee3i khi th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n c\u00e1c th\u1ee7 t\u1ee5c li\u00ean quan \u0111\u1ebfn ho\u00e0n thu\u1ebf ho\u1eb7c \u01b0u \u0111\u00e3i thu\u1ebf kh\u00e1c.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b1afd336e9b741f2a1f67f969d3fb49b\" id=\"h-3-quy-d\u1ecbnh-hoan-thu\u1ebf-vat\"><strong>3.
