On September 09, 2025, at the headquarters of the BigBoss International Commercial Arbitration Center (BBIAC), an important working session was held to discuss the Center’s development plan for the new phase. Attending the event were Mr. Mai Tiến Luật – Chairman of BBIAC, MSc. Lawyer Đinh Văn Tuấn – Managing Director of DNP Viet Nam Law Firm and Vice Chairman of BBIAC, and Dr. Lê Nguyễn Gia Thiện – Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law, University of Economics and Law, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City.
As part of the session, BBIAC signed a cooperation agreement with Mr. Manfred Prem – an international arbitrator from Austria. This strategic move is expected to open opportunities for stronger ties with the Austrian Business Association and the European Chamber of Commerce (Eurocham), while enhancing the quality of arbitration services at the Center.

The working session focused on the following key issues:
- Mr. Manfred Prem’s work plan at BBIAC, with a focus on developing an international panel of arbitrators.
- BBIAC’s development strategy to meet global standards and strengthen its appeal to the business community.
- Opportunities for cooperation with the Austrian Business Association and European organizations, creating momentum for cross-border trade and investment.
A joyful and engaging atmosphere at the working session.
This event not only marked the beginning of a new development phase for BBIAC but also reaffirmed the Center’s pioneering role in enhancing the prestige, quality, and professionalism of commercial arbitration in Vietnam. In the coming period, BBIAC aims to strengthen international cooperation, particularly in the European market; focus on training and developing arbitrators with expertise in international law; and affirm its brand as a trusted, transparent, and effective forum for resolving commercial disputes.
Especially with the vision and commitment of MSc. Lawyer Đinh Văn Tuấn – Managing Director of DNP Vietnam Law Firm, Vice Chairman of BBIAC, the Center is expected to continue making breakthroughs, contributing significantly to the growth of Vietnam’s legal and commercial ecosystem, while steadily affirming its position in the international arena.
